People who work in health care professions are not adequately prepared for these challenges, however, they try to face them. Most of them do not have time or interest to participate in the administrative part of the operation of their institutions.

Numerous scientific studies have shown that the more people are involved in the management in their workplace, the more satisfaction they will have with their work and the better they will do to change this situation, workers’ representatives must be equipped with tools and knowledge that allow them adjust your work to changes in the sector.


The main goal of the project is to increase health service sector employees’ involvement in undertakings in their workplaces, by equipping employee representatives with skills and tools enabling them to make employees in the health service sector aware that they can, have the right, and should actively participate in decision making in their workplaces.
