La primera reunión de expertos se realizó 100% online, con la asistencia de expertos nacionales de cada país más un participante de cada organización.
Durante la primera parte del evento se realizó la presentación de las conclusiones del Informe Nacional de cada país por parte de cada experto nacional
Posteriormente, se presentaron las principales conclusiones del Análisis Comparativo y la última parte del evento se dedicó a un debate sobre propuestas de Buenas Prácticas para la Mejora de la participación de los trabajadores del Sector Salud.
