    La formaci\u00f3n internacional se realiz\u00f3 en l\u00ednea en dos dias 15-16 junio 2021. Una vez presentado a los participantes y discutir el plan de talleres sobre la situaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores de la salud durante la pandemia del covid-19, se prest\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n al impacto de la amenaza, la sobrecarga f\u00edsica y afectivo-emocional y el cambio en las condiciones laborales.<\/div>\n

    El primer d\u00eda se record\u00f3 el papel de la salud y seguridad en el trabajo, la importancia de la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva y que la participaci\u00f3n en la toma de decisiones reduce la insatisfacci\u00f3n de los empleados.<\/div>\n

    Se acord\u00f3 que se deber\u00eda preparar un documento borrador, que ser\u00e1 enviado a los socios del proyecto para su consideraci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis en la Conferencia Final del Proyecto, que probablemente tendr\u00e1 lugar en octubre.<\/div>\n

    El segundo d\u00eda, la presentaci\u00f3n se centr\u00f3 en los efectos de la pandemia. El anuncio fue un desaf\u00edo, provoc\u00f3 la crisis econ\u00f3mica y social y contribuy\u00f3 al dilema de los gobiernos sobre si la salud de los ciudadanos o la econom\u00eda es una prioridad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
